Actually toolbars are pretty slow, someone said Max actually has to load all those scripts into memory. That's why they got rid of the Tab Panel... it was eating up too much memory. Embrace the dark side.
Hm, i got realy bad seams, atleast i tought they where quite bad. Looking at the script right now, seams realy nice. Hope luxology does make modo more game friendly :)
Hmmm. That plugin always worked for me in 5. Install anything new during that time? Max service pack, a freebie script, etc.? Might give a clue. I don't know if sciAnaComp was ever compiled for 5...
Hm.. not sure if fixed/stretched stuff is possible on iOS Safari without scripting. I tried this css sample in your page and it seems to be sort of a compromise - the page is scrollable on iPhone (but will scroll with the bg) and it works as intended on PC.
ah I hope it aint too late for me now, but I did a script currently only EditableMesh supported, but I will add Poly once I got more time http://crazybutcher.cube3d.de/code/_3dsmax.html
Thats pretty cool man. I see some artifacts, but all in all not bad. Anyway for the user to rotate the model in flash? So if I use that plugin in Blender, I just paste that script in a flash file?
Does anyone have texel density script, which would adjust texel for all selection, but individual shells individually? Default Maya Get and Set Texel tool creates gaps between shells.
I think the texture sheet animation property modifies the UVs of the particles themselves. Dunno if it'll do anything for your mesh :/ You should be able to script the offsets of your material's textures, though?
Games with extremely linear level design almost always make up for it with tons of scripted sequences, with levels that can be explored you generally don't need to create such things in excess to keep the player interested.
yup. the new preview popup made it just so much more annoying :( Maybe there's a greasemonkey script to help with that, but I haven't searched for one yet. I usually stick to flickr nowadays for reference.
