Hey i'm making a custom toolbar to replace my main toolbar. and wanted a way to make the pull down buttons (how the selection region pulldown lets you choose difrent types of selections) anyone know a way to create these type of buttons?

I know this is do-able within the Quads, but I don't think so in Toolbars. In CUI Quads, go to Menu list at lower left, right click to create a new Menu, drag it into the quad, then add your commands within it... so then it will become a fly-out.

quads are for losers!
thanks chad, but i really wish there was a way to do this with the toolbars, it seems silly the default toolbar has this feature, but you can't customize it

Actually toolbars are pretty slow, someone said Max actually has to load all those scripts into memory. That's why they got rid of the Tab Panel... it was eating up too much memory.
