Wooden barrels weren't (and aren't) only used for liquids.. Also the bung hole in one of the starves might be not visible form this views ;) But nonetheless one might have a tighter (pun intended) look at the staves because the are done "watertight" even if filled with non-liquids. Maya 2016: Mesh is black in certain viewports and unclickable
Picture below: That would be my top view, perspective, front view, side view. I'm on Maya 2016 SP6. Two sided lighting is turned off on all viewports. World displacement is just called displacement now. It might not show up default depending on what version you are one, might need to enable a cvar, it was basically removed from view for a while when they first rolled out nanite. -
