Kinda semi-off topic: I made a quick tutorial about how to fake radiosity in engines that doesnt have it built in. Most of you may already know this, but the ones who dont might find it useful. New update 19/04/2009 Listened to you guys and decided to put more loops on his deformation areas, took some polys out, some in, etc. Also, moved the arms a bit higher since a friend noticed the neck looked weird. I think its uv time. c&c welcome! -

I've been coming here for nearly 10yrs, well before the "reboot" in '04. I learned a lot from the community, especially since back then it was only littered with the hardcore pros. Just to pimp my own scripts. http://www.juantwo.com/2006/04/epolycounter-v-10.html Also, if you are just getting into low poly characters, try making one about 3K total tris. Half in the head, and half in the rest of the body. Also try keeping the polies evenly distributed in the whole model. -
