photoshop has 3d support. Its not super fast, but it works. Its a little clunky in that you have to copy the pixels from the texture assigned to the obj in photoshop, and paste into a new document. if you mean that you used vertex painting on a mesh then you cannot export directly to a texture. instead you need to use scene captures to render the different buffers out to texture assets it's not hard to do and i believe it is well documented - search for scene capture in the unreal documentation and it should get you… -
