making a 3d based on a concept is totally ok as long as you make it known that the concept is not yours, you notify the artist that you will be posting either his concept and your interpretation on your site, and that you do the courtesy of linking to his site.

Those wondering about teaming up with CONCEPT artists for the STAGES: It's not allowed. If we did that we'd have concept guys working with the character artists which we're not allowing for this concept. *Teams are allowed. Up to TWO 3D environment artists maximum.
