Glib... that is exactly what I was thinking. Gears 2 pc. If Gears 2 wasn't going to be released for the pc then the obvious place for them to release this would be in titan update for UT3. I really hope it does come out.
the 0-1 space is relative to your texture. atm you are using 2 UVspaces. 0-1 and 1-2 if yyour UVs are squashed by 50% like poopipe described, just make your texture 200% wide and a pixel is square again.
Hi, I have a problem with the second point light in Substance Designer . I enabled 2 point lights , but whenever i control the light , only the Point Light 1 moved. How can i control the Point Light 2 . Thank you .
Hey guys heres a character I started to hash out. Ive been spending about abotu 2 1/2 hours on this design concept. Next I will get better detail on the concept so I can get started on the modeling. -George
here is a 2 pass way you can try out: pass 1 - normal alpha blend pass 2 - invert the alpha channel and multiply by color, this should leave you with a soft edge from the texture, apply this additivly
Ok so this is probably really basic stuff I understand the 2 UV sets for the skycube. The cylinder for the outer part, and the top down for top down. How do the 2 UV sets transition into one another seamlessly like that?
If you have an unwrapped high poly mesh, you can bake the curvature in Substance Designer based on the vertices using the standard Curvature baker. 2 is indeed the exact same thing as 3, but coded in one channel instead of 2.
Are you loading a Suite 1.x project in Suite 2.x? If so, that's likely the root cause - Suite 2.x is currently incompatible with Suite 1.x due to massive changes in the software backend and material library functionality.
We put this geological feature in Dirt 2. It became known as the "pissing tea pot", and yes it was beefed up to make it more believable: The car drives under it at around 2:14 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hg-qGFxjZmw
