Super Happy Cow: That was in a period where there weren't very many multiplayer games. Now you have a huge selection of multiplayer-only games, so unless this would draw a huge, sustainable crowd, it's just a waste of money and detracts from the single-player experience.
Beware of Ant Eaters anybody? I think if I were that soldier, my neck would start getting craps in 10 minutes. Thats all I got to say. Other than the cow skull wouldnt be my first gas mask model attempt/
Super cow, i was just over hyped with the normal map, i will now modify it, i just have a question, what do you mean with mergind every other edge? I think it would lookse its shape, but i will get rid of the loops ;)
I am so overwhelmed with where to start learning Houdini. I want to start learning this to incorporate into my skillset and add another tool that I can use in the studio I work for. Roughly how long until I can start using this in a professional setting? Can anyone recommend a good starting point to help ease my mind?…
Holy cow that looks a lot better. Thanks! I'll need to track down some more reference to study for sure. I'll play around with the candles more to get a better look. If anyone has any good lighting tutorials for Unreal or in general let me know!
Holy cow... Why is valve so ridiculously stingy on that poly count?! Ugghhhh well... *toss* guess I learned all I could out of this particular first dota item exploration. Now I know why sith_happens does his low poly first.
I dunno Activision with all its millions could afford to let some of these companies experiment and take a loss from time to to time considering their cash cows provide a pretty stable income but it's not like these "small" companies were forced to sell themselves to Activision in the first place.
That's Matt Dixon's COW on your desktop! Awesome I'd take a photo of my desk, but it's in a transition period at the moment since my desktop computer's hard drive packed in for good, so it's got a laptop and a 2nd monitor sitting here, along with a lot of pens and a Gloomy Bear.
I applied for a softimage animation course back in 1997. I was told by this frosty old cow on the end of the phone that I probably had a pirate copy of softimage and that I would n't be able to cope anyway. way to sell the course to people missus. quite amusing really
I have a mod virtually finished but using placeholders models in the key roles. I need at most 4 models made to finish it off completely but could release a beta with even one good unique model which would then attract more interest from modellers. Can somebody make one Warhammer Dawn of War model for me? See link for…
