I don't even bother with some studios that ask for like three interviews and an art test, that stuff is just surreal to me lol It's the equivalent of going through psychological torture in the form of a recruitment procress. Also yeah people on places like Linkedin paint a very funny picture about how finding a job works… -

China's about the same, except their low-end can go as low as $90 and their high-end averages out around $225. This is a good thread. My day starts at around 6 or 6.30. 4 hrs before the actual core hrs at work start. I can get some research if i want, but mainly is so that i can work without any distractions.
