does anybody know what happened to the spacebar and drag feature? In older versions when the mesh was too dense normal dragging alpha was a bit slow but when space bar is held it was very smooth and fast. However, with the latest version of zbrush this feature no longer works for me =(
I'm pretty new to zBrush too, I've used it for one object in a project prior to my latest one. I've used it a ton to sculpt detail for my walls and such and it's been awesome. Still getting the hang of it too it takes a little while. Have fun! It's a bit addicting!
Ah thank you, i didn't see that on the wiki. What do you think about the latest GMH release? Does it use the same techniques? it looks about so. Except easier. http://www.polycount.com/2015/05/13/gmh-2-6/#more-16502
those latest ones are really cool, the lava one looks like the lava is too yellow, I would expect a blend from white and a bit of red in there etc. like this http://assets.nydailynews.com/polopoly_fs/1.1382691.1372246587!/img/httpImage/image.jpg_gen/derivatives/article_750/amazing-lava-flow.jpg
I updated it recently so i suspect it is the latest. This is one of the normals which does not show, the render on the top left is the material. It has normal and heightmap as well and it still shows up really flat. I dont know if i can make the normals any stronger.
Whats the engine? You could possible also use "3d widgets" similar to what Jordan showed. Basically 3d UI attached to your mesh. Unity: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/HOWTO-UIWorldSpace.html Unreal: https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Engine/UMG/HowTo/Create3DWidgets/
Just an update of my latest work/ideas. I changes the base, and added some textures. Thinking of adding a fin to my beast, and I will be adding some fur to the legs, and maybe adding some water drops on the pedestal since he is a water creature. Feedback is welcome!
Hi very nice model you have here . would you give my some advice or can you post screen of wires i am working also on m1911 here is my theard http://polycount.com/discussion/164028/another-colt-m1911#latest
You've shown a great deal of improvement from the female character at the start of this thread, to this latest one. I also like the face on this newest one, tho I think the head may be a tad bit large. I look forward to seeing where you take her.
Hmm odd that it behaves that way. I just tested out on my copy with the same settings like yours and it works. Have you try updating to the latest product update? Try creating a new scene and test it out to see if the problem lies in the scene or the application itself.
