Baj, how about working freelance for outsourcing studios? There are plenty of those all over the world, so you don't have to limit yourself to the UK, and since you work from home you can settle down and not have to move. If you can get a few contracts every year, that should cover it I would think. I used to do that…
I meant brachioradialis, not brachialis up there, my bad. I updated it. Regarding the skulls, I was actually talking about the mesh resolution. Should have made that clearer. It's not uncommon to give some areas more resolution (both mesh and texture) if it's clear they'll be seen from a closer distance or have more…
I'm working on a samurai-inspired game, and I am looking for someone who can make me an NPC model. I need a Japanese-looking man dressed in a traditional kimono, hakama, and belt. The image in this ebay posting is a good representation of what I'm looking for: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/183848370343 I need the character to…
I'm a concept artist looking for work, but I'm only familiar with 2D! I'll be willing to take rather low pay, since I usually work freelance. https://eecsys.wixsite.com/sugar-crash-graphic I'm best with humanoids but occasionally draw fantasy animals!
Hello, Thanks for your Time: I'm looking for a Flexible strong Figure Drawing Mentor with an eagerness for teaching material at a down to earth understandable pace. I've been practicing with art for a long time now but I haven't had much luck finding a consistent mentor for this specifically, and am Self Taught rather than…
I have started designing the skin for the gun, made an additional texture pass and tested some renders of how the final images can look like: Ronin artwork made by a friend of mine, I just projected it on to the side of the gun. I am basing the colors and rest of the design on this artwork. In the image above of the gun…
I'm developing a 3D game prototype (in unity) and altough I can model some basic items with blender I need help with characters and more intricate models. I'd love to collaborate with some 3d artist so i can pitch a really good demo to publisher or kickstarter and if the project gets funded maybe we can team up and work…
I wanted to do something with a less faceted or mid - high poly look. And with some research I found that the Kratos model in GOW3 (2010) has 64,000 polys as a whole, with 5,700 on the face alone. For GOW (2018) the total would be 80,000. I just want some opinions/feedback on the topology in regards to the loops and…
a) For a thing without hard edges you have too many UV islands and too many redundant support loops in the geometry. b) You could bend your UV islands slightly to be more straight less curved the way a good packer would pack them a lot more efficient .
