I upgraded to the latest crimson drivers because of increased performance in Fallout 4, and this issues with the crimson driver is not only with the older gen cards it is also with the latest AMD cards like R9 390 or R9 380X. No issues with windows 10, what is mean is AMD f _ _ked up, this may be it will be fixed later… -

Yeah if it is just static models, FBX should be fine. Having the latest versions of the software may help as well (in addition to the latest versions of the plugins).
