Just add Skin Wrap to the object. When it hits the object its linked to it just deforms around it. Not sure if the flex or spring would be effect by this but it is one way I know of.
Ok I tried and it didn't work , for detaching I meant , detaching to object and not to element ... is it possible topreserve normal orientation once detached a face as an object ?
What you are looking for is the Shadow Catcher object. Scene -> Add Object -> Shadow Catcher. You just need to go to capture settings and enable Transparency.
Those are dynamic objects. Gaining points from collecting them etc. With matnee is the same! I've tried it ... and with matnee can't code features to the objects. ideas ?
Always you reference. Start modeling and texturing simple objects first then tackle harder objects. Search on youtube topics you want to learn more of.
A meshgroup is simply one object in your OBJ. if the entire thing is one object you have one meshgroup. If it is separate pieces, it consist of several meshgroups.
Equal merged objects generate lightmaps errors since they will be sharing the same UV space. Export them as separate objects and group them togheter in Unreal.
