So I'm out of college and no hardline and 10 mb/persec download speed [Those were the good days!] and I'm at home with wifi. It's not spotty, but not really strong. Replacing your video card is a no brainer. For $65 you'd see a big improvement in performance. Replacing your CPU is feasible, but the bang/buck ratio somewhat lower.
