Re: Book recommendations?
A lot of you are just throwing out books, completely disregarding the genre he asked for. i see sci-fi, cyberpunk, thrillers, social engineering, romance... listing awesome books is good and all, but none too helpful when you're looking for a specific type. -
TOWER - Hacker Den -
This'll be a collaboration between me and Yandalf. We both adore/love cyberpunk settings and themes so we're going to be creating a hackers den. We started off with a block out and then we each tried an overpaint/sketch to orient ourselves to where we want to pull the scene. -

FilmDirectorSciFi Yes, I've thought about it!, I consider myself passionate about 80's films of future, Sci Fi, and cyberpunk. These futuristic environments, characters, assets, even fashion and hair stytles of future, attract my attention in a movie. so why not? :) -

I think I'm finally getting the hang of some of this art stuff. Quickie alien sculpt (I was going for Intelligent and somewhat amphibious) Cyberpunk concept I'll probably bother sculpting and maybe game-rez'ing sometime. WIP lowpoly dude And some sketches. -

thanks mike. im putting some of the environment stuff on hold for now. currently im working on a gun for the Game-Artist.net cyberpunk firearm speed modeling challenge, though it will be used for the same project as the environment pieces.. kinda killing 2 birds with 1 stone. -

wierd viewport artifacts
got this wierd cubes all over my model in viewport. everything is fine on exported textures, so that is viewport thing. Started happenning after i upgraded my gpu driver for cyberpunk. Gpu is rx 580 is there a way to fix this without installing previous gpu driver? substance version is 6.2.1 -

Re: Do graphics actually hinder gameplay?
Deus Ex's stealth mechanics don't come through to the player too clearly because of the FPS camera, particularly the lines of sight. I'm set in this immersive cyberpunk universe, and you're telling me my spiky 'do poking over this teeny crate isn't catching any attention?
