I say C. I really like B, but it looks more like wastelander type but the thing around her neck is too clean for that look.

E, the only reason why I say E is because she has a pigtail. Something that i'd expect to see Dorothy have.

I'd like a combination of B and C. It seems to fit the style you describe, and it really sells the neck brace.

Also, I'm digging an arms dealer with serious spine issues. Is that a mean thing to say?

Looks like that is just the highpoly model, so no texture at all on there.

I like the shaved look, not so much the ponytail/mullet that comes with it.
Maybe combine it with C/E?

C would be more in a destroyed, post-apoc, borderlands, fallout setting, while E would be more feminine and current-day like GTA or something. Personally i like B+E the most.

Kewop Decam was joking, but his suggestion isn't entirely without merit. What if you had most of the head shaved with a thin strip of hair running along the middle of her scalp terminating in a ponytail.
