I can't reproduce here on 2018.4. Peel mode works perfectly. My guess is that it's because you're on 2017. That version absolutely f**cked the Unwrap modifier. Are you using the latest update?
Kodde, if you're in Maya 2015 you can set it to automatically reload textures as they're modified. It's in Window->Settings/Preferences->Preferences->Settings->Files/Projects->Image Files (at the very bottom of the section.)
In Mari 2.0 anything that produces new pixels is a procedural layer, anything that modifies the pixels underneath it is an adjustment layer. It took us a while to work out what a flow map visualization should be. :)
Engine looks nice. Maybe you can modify timing belt line a bit? It's very simple now. Chceck some references: Also there's a lot of sharp edges - check some refs:
I totally agree. Vigorous rig testing before animating helps a lot, but it would be infinitely more awesome if 3dsmax handled such things in a not so linear way. Looking at you skin modifier...
Texturing was called skinning among the graphic artist that started to modify half-life. I don't know if it was used elsewhere too, but in the hl communities it was standart Looks in a world of warcraftish way good
Best use of polys evah. First model ever, from Mar '99. Sitting at 866 tris (polychop modifier on top not included) And I still texture nothing because I rule.
Update...now with an angular camo pattern (not Dazzle, but a modified Swedish M90)...also more than two colors :D I really have to do something about the muzzle...looks terrible...
thx for the crit actually there is a forearm twist on the rig [ame] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=feChFyBJGXk[/ame] how about the hips? should I modify something to give him better deformations?
Thank you very much for the advertising! Stepped into just to say I'm currently working on beta 6, which will extend almost all selection tools to Edit Poly Modifier. Stay tuned :)
