Ninja+Pirate+Robot, need advices

hi I'm working on this character :

I'm about to rig him, but I'm still not sure if the topology is ok for animation (is there enough divisions ? are they placed at the right place? ...)

so I came here looking for advices :)

    Seems like there is a lot of useless loops in the forearm. On your rig it doesn't look like you have a twist joint so I don't know why those are necessary since they aren't holding any form.

    Shoulders look like they should act ok. Its not so much the divisions its how they're layed out that makes good deformation.

    actually there is a forearm twist on the rig

    how about the hips? should I modify something to give him better deformations?
