You've got a series of different problems right now that you've kind of lumped into one issue. However we can break these down so their easier to solve on their own. This is just now becoming an option. I was going to post mentioning that Doc_Rob but many engines don't have that yet, and most people I post this critique to are not using advanced bones. I agree it is the best solution if it is available.
