Alpha issue with mib_volume in Maya 8 Mental Ray
For anyone that has experience rendering with mental ray I have an issue that I need help resolving. we went over all these features at my maya tips and tricks session at gdc. there is some cool stuff, but i still don't think any of the features replace nex as a package, the beta has some new cool features as well. i told the guy from autodesk that its not 1994 anymore and maya needs a connect and target weld. -
Why do my Maya baked Lightmaps turn out so gash?
Got another q, trying to bake a lightmap in Maya with the Lighting/Shading > batch bake (mental ray) dialog when the mesh has 'softened' edges, but I keep getting these weird jagged bake errors: Any ideas why? :poly122: Thanks! -
Maya LT Game Exporter issue. (Missing Export to single or Multiple files)
