I Like it alot! Brings back Homeworld 2 memories! As for the logo. I think you should ditch some of the photoshop blending options. A logo is usually pretty simple without alot of detail. I think the least strong part of this is that I'm looking at a font (or I think I am). Take a quick look at the Walt Disney logo; there are changes in line weight and there is a uniqueness to each of his letters. Since Darkwatch is a bit close to doom in consideration to how it felt like it should be fast-phased when played(I was slow), I envisioned it should have big spaces and arena-like treatment from level to level.
