Modified in the title was maybe a wrong choice of words on my part. My goal with this to take a MP5 and give it a personal style, not quite realistic either. My plan wasn't really to change much of the functionality of the weapon itself.
This is awesome. i really like their art style. I would really like to ask. In their cinematic trailer, for every expansion, does they also paint the character/creatures to look so damn realistic, or it's just the in game models?
Bakes turned out great! I am probably partial, but I vote you go borderlands style! Would be cool to see this thing done realistic though. Good luck and looking forward to the end results.
damn this game is good. that intro sequence, looked phenominal. pretty tense gameplay, im playing on hard for a more realistic experience. the every time you smash someones face in with a brick during combat.....so awesome.
Thanks phil, TO-DO list: (x) Model basic shapes (*) Fix entrance (i mean top of entrance) (/) ADD junk items etc... (*) Make realistic rocks (*) Fix lightining * not started / working on x finished
She is 95% done! I am debating whether or not to add tertiary details in since she is more cartoony and less realistic. Either way, I can't wait to retopologize so I can texture her
thanx guys yea i know it got a lego feel (which i like lol) but im gonna try to make some realistic rendering later on with this model gotta add alot more details first
Personally I would just turn the IK off and forward animate the pedaling motion. IK looks better when there's a force on the end of the limbs. For free floating movement often FK is easier to get a realistic motion.
Thanks for the feedback, I'll work on those textures and get them looking more realistic and more metal as well. I'm thinking that it's the spec that's causing it to look like concrete now, would that usually cause that kinda problem?
Thats quite a bit better, but the shape of the eyes have that ugly square sailor moon look. I'de go for a more natural realistic eyeshape, even your references have that more than your mesh here.
