I had this problem initially when I started using a tablet for painting. What helped me is being very conscious of how tightly I was holding the pen, and how hard I was pressing down. I started forcing myself to unlearn that tight grip, loosen up and grip/press as lightly as possible. Then I adjusted the tablet sensitivity… -
