Textures get in a mess when I change the resolution

I am using substance painter 2021. While doing the last two projects, I found a problem with textures.

The essence of the problem: when I change the resolution of textures to 4096, the textures come into disarray. It can also happen if I'm hide a layer or change some layer parameter.

With all this, this problem can be solved if i'm change the resolution of the texture, after which the resolution of 4096 is already calmly set. But doing it every time is very inconvenient.

What I did in the project: when creating the project, I did not change any initial settings using pbr metallic roughness alpha-blend (starter_assets) and DirectX.
After the selection .fbx file I baked only ambient occlusion. After that, I used only ordinary materials for texturing.

 Who knows what the problem might be? 

PC: win 10, ryzen7 3800x, RX580 nitro+ 8gb, ram 32 gb
