anyone got a decent global illumination rig they can send my way? I spend too long faffing with lighting and never get it right for a simple render to show player models standing on a white floor with a white sky... I'm using MAX 6 btw
Just started using Marmoset 3 and running into an issue attempting to capture normals from objects below the plane of my low poly model. Above works fine, I just increase the offset, but I can't seem to get a negative offset. What am I missing? Thanks!
Hey guys, I have an outdoor scene wich is lit by a VRaySun. Everything work perfectly but in the same scene, I also have a tunnel and every light I've put in dont work..... i tried most of the lights ans none of them works. Does anyone have an idea why I cant use any other light when i use a Vray sun . Tanks

The plans to make it a pretty low-key, suitable for a given quality (Mil-Spec), but futuristic.The name comes up from the ideas, the final version will be a small neonBlue or red elements. yes the glossiness doesnt affect the diffuse mapping of the material... i'd say read the documentation of the arch and design material, or better a book on mental ray rendering, youll understand a lot.
