Another weapon. .500 S&W Magnum with a red dot sight attachment. 1024x1024maps for Magnum, 2578 tris 512x256 maps for rail, 484 tris 512x512 maps for red dot, 752 tris
I'd say that's a pretty clear 'no', InProgress. You could alpha them out, though. You could also alpha out an entire mesh and build a new one out of 500 tris :D
oh, and don't wear a They Might Be Giants t-shirt, no matter how old or rare it is. No-one will give you a job if you do this. Wear a Galaxie 500 t-shirt instead. That'd work.

[ QUOTE ] I think the original NES was just $100, and it's being cheaper than the Sega Master System is one of the reasons it caught on despite having 'inferior' hardware. Then again, it was twenty years ago, and I admit I don't remember so good. I do remember that he first game I bought for it was Kung Fu, and that set me…
The way I understood it, the number 666 was derived from Hebrew (where letters also referred to numbers) Qsr Nrwn, which translates to the Greek Kaisar Neron ("Emperor Nero"). Q = 100 S = 60 R = 200 N = 50 R = 200 W = 6 N = 50 = 666 In Revelation Rome is viewed exclusively as the embodiment of emperor worship, which to…
hi everyone ! I'm currently working on this "very" low poly diorama based on the anime/manga "nausicaa of the valey of the wind" it's currently a little under 1500 tris ( 500 for the ohmu ( the big worm thing) 400 for the caracter and her flyer and the rest for the environment) . I'm mainly looking for feedback on how to…
1500 sounds fine, but it really depends on your engine and how well it can cope with drawing lots of polygons. You could probably go up to 5000-10000 on current hardware if your engine is good, without any trouble. Obviously lower is better, but certainly you should be thinking in the range of thousands rather than…
When you say black, do you mean you can see them, but they are just completely blacked out? If so it could be your light, if you have the HDRI map connected to a vray dome light, try increasing the multiplier to something like 100-200 to see if it changes.
well I think it would be even harder to get your company to buy this, not sure how I would get them to buy a 400$ plugin. well hope they go back to the drawing board with their sales tactics because I'm pretty sure they would be bathing in money if it was around 100$
