hey everyone Can someone tell me how and if it is possible to export a layered texture fram maya to UE3? I can get multiple materials to work when the different materials have seperate faces, but what about when the different materials have shared faces? I am using maya8.5/ actorx tool Thanks steve

Does anyone know of any information on how the environment textures / shaders are put together? what maps they have, how they blend etc. There is an absolute ton of information about characters but not found to much info on characters! Thanks
Externally Referenced Means you have Assets outside of the Content folder in the UDK install. Anything that is not inside that folder will not be added to a cooked game. I was wondering if non-square textures going to be supported in the foreseable future? Right now all noises get distorted and it's a no go for us. Any workarounds?
anyone know of a free tiling texture preview tool....was using texturedesk but the machine i'm on for some reason won't isnt working with it. when i open a psd in it it shows up saying the psd isnt saved with a composite image.... any other similar tools out there....?
