That's probably something best done when polygon modeling your base mesh (be it with ZModeler or in an external app) IF you want this to actually folded around, double layered material like in real life. Head is pretty narrow. I'd say widen him up a bit. Eyes look a bit far apart as well. Looks like your a little too dense with the loops between the bridge and tip of the nose. Eyebrow ridges are a little sharp. -

Great start! On top of the other crits I would bring the upper bridge of the nose in a bit to give it more of a "ski jump" shape in profile (very common profile shape in most anime styles).
