That's the way I see it. I'm sure he was hoping you wouldn't notice, or that you're too poor to sue them. I can't imagine how pissed you are to find this out though. Who knows, maybe the game will do well and you can earn some money out of suing them
@Eric Chadwick Thank you! Im having alot of fun messing with this, especially at this stage where everything is really coming together visually. Also yes that gif is super helpful! Ill mess around with how I can get a similar effect with my post processing next time I work on this!
Wood looks EXCELLENT! however metal could get a bit of work...I suggest you to make some cloudy "here and there" rusty places and to delete white scraches...in real, probably all the scratches would become rust and u would get only rust...su get rid of white scratches and add more rust

Apparently some people think that the people reporting to unions will be "blacklisted" by other companies because of the fear of getting reported or sued. I've never reported anything to the union but I think it's good that I have something to fall back on if I…
The problem is that the sums of money involved are too small to make it worth suing over, so it is kind of a waste of time. Personally, I would not work with people who did things that were totally irrational. A lot of people are out there to play Jr. Business Man. I only worked with people trying to get shit done.

Hi, I just started modeling an EOTech su 231 holographic sight. This is my first time modeling an accessory for a gun. What would you recommend I aim for (pun) tri count wise if I'm going for a modern PC FPS game? I was thinking somewhere around 1.5-2k, but that's just a guess.
"It's better to dig in and learn the process yourself, hard-surface modeling is actually very achievable." SECONDED! @Collins you're only cheating yourself and the artists, specifically their work having been flogged off as your own.
no obviously not, because photoshop doesnt do these, but if an artist decides to plagiarize copyrighted images, he will get shunned at the lightest and sued at the hardest. but when using AI you can not know what and how much it stole and might break copyrights. if an artist does it when on hire you can sue him, can you…
