Not to nitpick but that looks more like a distillery not a brewery. If you asked to make a brewery and end up making a distillery in a project it won't look good on you! Anyway the brass reads pretty well but the floor is pretty indistinct. A lot of these buildings were made in the Victorian era when decoration was king.… -

Yea I've seen it referred to as "scrollwork". You might want to also search for "Iron scrollwork" "wrought Iron pattern". A lot of Victorian and French ironwork have fancy patterns like that.
