I just downloaded musagi after reading a bit about it in a recent tigsource post. Haven't really made my way around the interface properly, but it seems pretty full-featured for what it is, and it's completely free (Reaper is $50 for non-commercial, $225 for commercial, and not free). -

Good idea re free parking. Anuxi will be at TI3 all day, every day from open until midnight doing the valve thing! I won't be able to do the 10th until the late afternoon, around 3:30 - 3:45 ish but sunday is totally free. -

http://autodesk.blogs.com/between_the_lines/2018/04/sketchbook-is-now-free.html As always, there is next to the ID another catch; the enterprise licence will still cost money which means that "Free" is not "free", when you want to use this program in a studio, the studio has to buy the Enterprice licence subscription(s). -

Yeah, deferred rendering seems to help when you go from 2 to >2 lights, but the second light always seems to cost an extra drawcall per material/skinned mesh, and then additional lights after that are free. Not ideal, but at least makes the 3rd light in the scene above free! -

Might be missing some sarcasm but I buy CDs still. Spotify is ripping off artists, you need millions of plays to make a living. Support music, buy it. I don't want people playing my games for free so I'm not going to listen to music for free. -

Should be noted that here in Sweden we actually get money for doing internships, we get 2500sek for free and then our student loan covers the rest meaning we are free labor for whoever wants us! ;D Its not a lot but its enough to pay for a cheap apartment and food. -
