selection painting in Max?
Is there a feature or script for paint selecting faces in modern versions of 3DSMAX (like how modo lets you click-drag on a surface to create a selection)? The old "paint selection region" is kind of worthless due to how it projects through surfaces. I used to do this with a script but unfortunately it doesn't work in… -
Rendering 3ds Max
I am trying to get a shadow to render when I have my model against a plane...but not show the plane when I render. So I get a nice white background, and some cool shadow effects. Does anyone know the trick to do this in 3ds Max? Right now it looks too plain.... -
rollercoaster in 3ds max
does anyone have an idea of what would be the best way to model a roller coaster similar to the image attached. I want the tracks marked in red to follow the curvature of the loops. I'm using 3ds max, but path deform wsm does not seem to work properly, in some areas it follows the loop correctly in others it does not. -

Popawheelie is correct. I have have had the pleasure of working with him at a games studio. He took my work and put his name on them and passed them off as his own to the boss.
