deleting uv in max 8
What happened? I just noticed I can't delete uv coord in Max 8. I can do this in 7 if needed, is there a way to still do this? Alex -
Saving as Max 2014 file?
Hey guys : ) Excuse me for creating a thread for this short question, but: Let´s say somebody wants specifically a Max 2014 file. Is it possible to save it "as 2014" in later versions? I´d appreciate some insight : ) -
problem with selection in 3ds max.
Please could anyone help? I cannot select vertices or edges in 3ds max. Sometimes they are selected but only when the cursor is near, not at the vertex or the edge. Especially the problem appears when I work with small chamfers. -

Yep, but you probably need to do it through maxscript with simple IF THEN ELSE statement. IF the viewport isn't in perspective, THEN change it to Pers, ELSE change it to Ortho. max save script?
ok once again max blue screened my rig and forgot to save my progress so lost what i had been doing. is there any save scripts/plugins that will say save iratations (sp?) every 5/10mins incase i get into what am doing and forget.. cheers lads :) Chris.
