I've given myself a massive headache over the past few months with trying to get GLSL to work and I'm finally ready to ask for help. I am using vertex brightness to darken the models based on what room they are in, so each vertex is darkened to room[x].light if model is within boundaries of room[x]. The goal is to apply…

One more question. I have a room with two booleaned windows. There's a separate mesh of a table and chairs in the room. But the rest of the room doesn't block the HDRI lighting. It still looks like light is coming from everywhere. Everything is set to cast shadows. What am I missing? Thank you.
Hi there, I'm a Student working on an web-project. I did the Environment in Maya and Substance and it is rendered via ThreeJS in the Webbrowser. The Environment is inspired by the Art of Olafur Eliasson. Thus the Walls and the Industrial Roof. Because of the Web-Based rendering we where rather restricted performance wise.…
Yes, looks like it's using tiling textures from that dialogue box you have open. That's typical best practices. From the list it looks like the house has 10 textures: tiling wood, tiling roof tile, horizontally tiling trims and a few uniquely unwrapped assets like windows, doors & the like. That's the biggest hurdle people…
Good thing for you to pick up this project again. Hope you get to finish it. The wall stones in the bottom wont tile well because the pattern is creating a blank space at both ends. Also texel ratio on those stones seem uneven in your close up shots compared to cement (stone are blurry). Can we see your references for your…
Nice progress so far, my only real suggestion would be that your edges are a little too tight in places, try and widen the gap between your support edges. Also be careful about those smaller details like the wires, maybe thicken them up and group them where you can, otherwise your going to have a hard time getting them…
