add a turn to poly modifier to the model before export or export with FBX instead of OBJ. -

But, why would you need this? The only usefull feature is exporting smds, and there are exporters that do that. -

You should be able to rig it in Maya and then export it to Milkshake or GMax to then export in Counterstrike format. -
Blender / reference setup / scaling problem
1/ So basically i have this simple reference setup in photoshop for blender 2/ I crop based on guide lines reference parts and export every as png 3/ And just for problem showcasing, I will select only two images that I cropped "side view" and "front view" and exported from Photoshop So they are both almost equal in height… -

if fbx is triangulating, it is a setting in the exporter, or your exporting at editable mesh, not editable poly -
