First post here on Polycount. Working on a realistic gritty steampunk style game (taking heavy inspiration from Dishonored). Latest addition is this barrel for tar, which essentially powers most vehicles and heavy machinery.

IMHO... That Halo 3 shot above looks way, way less nicer than what we got in the final. Brushstrength and everything point to the octopus being a full scale motive or at least the rest of the image needs to have equally small brushes.
