I now realize that I can't sculpt on the black parts (99% of the mesh), only those weird holes in the nose that showed up after the retopo. What Twilight Zone have I stumbled into here?
I could be wrong, but resume's for entry level positions are largely irrelevant. They might look to see if you know Max/Maya but that's about it. Then the Portfolio is other 99% of it. I'm not involved in recruitment in any capacity though.
I'm 99% sure that setting a scriptJob in usersetup sticks as a global script for the entire session and doesn't get attached to the first scene in the session. I'll have to revisit that at some point. Cool that works for you though. :)
Hi, glad to hear the Megascans will not be 8 gig downloads! :-) How will the Megascans library work? Will an Indie (99 dollar) license to the Suite give us access, or will the Megascans be a separate service? Thank you for a great product!
That rules! I was going to buy a hummer, but decided to try out the product that I got in an email from "PPEnlarger" first. If that fails, I get my $99 back and can use that towards a hummer purchase.
I didn't played wow at official servers, only in computer club, by local. I think there is great dose of inspiration, artist can take. Gameplay- 1 percent is running, 99% is killing mobs. that's boring.
I have 2 questions, if we aren't suppoed to use iframes anymore, what's the accepted method? Second, I can't post wires of 99% of my work. It's all arch vis. Is this much of an issue?
My main issue is that the base stone's texel resolution is so different from the rest, and this is where 99% of players will be. In terms of texture priority, getting that are looking great should be at the top of the list. Right now it is stretch and uneven.
Suggesting other software doesn't really help.. 99% of normal bake issues come down to padding, uv splits or mesh normals. Read the sticky threads on the subject, absorb the information and you'll be able to fix the problems.
The concept art part definitely depends on the studio. (And probably the style of the project.) The last place I was at I got concept art for like 99% of what I worked on. Not to mention paintovers mid-progress. Yeah, it was awesome.
