whargoul - drop with 188 left? I think we must've done it in the same way. Annoying it says cloth costs $4 but the minimum you can buy is 3 at once i just paid for this. I'm totally in awe of engineering, but i'm also utterly clueless at it. Hopefully i might learn something along the way -

Right so I've tweaked the UVS as you suggested, also welded those extra vertices and increased the resolution of the low poly (below). I then baked with xNormal and imported into your fine program.
