Dukester - don't buy the normal Bushmills, it's not the greatest. Track down at the very least a bottle of Black Bush, and preferably the 16 year old. if you can track down the 21 year old, you are in for a treat. I'm more a bourbon man myself, and Bakers and Bookers are topping my list of locally available sippers. All…
Axe is nice, I don't think anyone mentioned. You could drop alot of polys by floating the spikes on the handle. Just make cubes at each end of the handle and put the spikes on top instead of extruding the cubes to get spikes. That's about 16 polys. Same with the cylinders at each end of axe head. another 20+, and maybe…

Just closed out my very last bug on our game. April, May and June turned out to be the 3 worst months of my life. I've had 1 day off in all that time - and I even had to work 16 hours on my birthday which was in May. But as of today things are going to turn around. They can't get much worse. :)
Yeah Plumbing is a bit hard on the knees TBH, but the money is really good in the UK I have refurbed several houses on my own, was a real pain though That blue bath weighed 16 stones and I had to drag it down the stairs on my own, but later found out it was just best to smash it up with a hammer and take it down in pieces…
Hi, I'm having problems with my new pipeline from Blender to After Effects. It seems like there's some issue with the settings in After Effects that makes my renders having only like 8-bit color space instead of 16- or 32-bits. I don't know, this is new to me. In Blender it looks good. But for some reason it doesn't…

I created this scene based on two things: my passion for music and art. Car model is based on Shuichi Nakagawa's 180SX and the scene mood is based on an album cover by Xavier Wulf called Project X (though I decided daylight would look better). If you want to check out the car, here's a…
Continuing along the road of making Hand Painted Assets I was making a mana Potion and got to texturing and ran into 2 options 1. Use Geometry and 16 Bit Alphas for depth inside the bottle 2. Just Paint like normal (No Depth inside Bottle) Opinions & Critiques on Option 1 or 2 would be really appreciated Here's where it…
Hey guys, im new to the forum. Im 16 and I wanna be environment artist or concept artist for video games. Here is the first object I ever made. It was made in Autodesk Mudbox. I was wondering what program is best to use, since I can't pay for it. I would love to work with Zbrush, but it's simply unreasonably expensive.…
