Lights Will Not Work In Viewport or Render [3ds Max 2013]
Scene lights are on, Default lights are off, and yet, everything is dark. That light is pointing directing and obnoxiously at my scene and nothing is being lit. What's a girl to do? Please and Thank You -
Get material count of a given mesh in Maya 2012?
Hello. Is there a way to find all materials used within a single mesh ? I want to be sure I do not have extra materials from other parts mixed around and whatnot. -

I get the same thing if I use scenes I've saved with max 2014 in max 2012. Have you done something like that? -

Been using the student 3ds max 2010/2012 version for the last year. Its free for university students in the Uk. Which is bloody handy. -

Disable Nitrous + Gamma. Also, advice is to try and shader view your model in Max 2011. 2012 isn't exactly ready for prime-time. -

if you subdivide him two times it should work without any problems... and the edge bleeding works in 2012 much better than in 2011... -
