Apart from the first model I've seen...this is by far the biggest improvement...but the trousers seems iffy like said....Moore's Clothing Outlet might have some good references. And the knees could use a kneecap modeled in....right now they are more or less cylinders with vertices pulled in/out.
I could only grasp onto selecting UV Vertices in Texture Editor then going to: Edit Polygons - Texture - Copy UVs and UV Sets - Copy into New UV Set - Prompt Box It works! Not certain it's the best way, but it's the only way I understand for the time being. Thanks!
Something's wrong wth selecting numerous poly's and edges in 3ds max 2010. When you do CTRL+click+drag to select, it only selects a few. anyone know how to make it like in 3ds max 2009 (and all the others)? This problem doesnt apply to vertices tho.
Will sure do, I was just trying to fill in the composition but think that just a bitmap on the back on a vertical plane should do the job. As I said, keeping it exactly the same was a problem due to very rough sketch, but now that you point out, I see the problems, thnx :D
The next update! For these, I decided to make some bigger changes after crit from friends. I broke up the path a bit more, and also tried no vary up the shape of the walls - not so much straight paths and vertical walls, basically.
Just guessing here, I'm not so great with MD either, but I've learned recently to usually work with a decimated sculpt from zbrush, rather than my low poly, and this usually lets the cloth drape with less issues as there is more vertices to read.
there's some really good animators out there, who have no clue how to weld two vertices, not to mention all the problems you have to go through to rip and make model ready for animation well, this is going nowhere if guy sells them then there's demand for it.
I feel like the telescope needs to be bigger, there are a ton of scale issues with the concept. I'd also like the stairs to be a bit narrower or the column wider. The vertical supports you added kinda break up the nice flow the staircase had, I'm not a fan of that.
Okay so If I go with the 3440x1440, I'm going to have enough vertical pixel right? What exactly does the PWM backlight ? Thank you! EDIT: Knowing that I'm not going to use this monitor for print work, srgb 99% is enough right ?
Ok thanks :D I'll get a wireframe up but its a flat surface with a texture on it. I played with the vertices but it made it look worse, so I kept the flat surface. I'll use more careful dodge and burn :D More updates
