Starting up a sci-fi hallway. It originally started out as just doing a quake 4 pillar concept by Paul Richards, but decided to make a scene out of it. I didn't use any concept for the floor. Pillar came out to be 875 tri's and a 512x1025 map. The floor is a 512x512 mirrored in the middle Crysis screens:

I'm trying to create a basic snow particle effect for an environment I'm making, but I'm having some troubles with the cascade system. I've created a nice looking particle effect but I can't seem so work out how to increase the maximum particle count. It stops emitting at 485 particles. Is there a way to increase this…

yeah its not a head update but somes props I make for the same project a fireplace 844 tris 1024 diffuse and normal ,burned log 56 tris 256 diffuse and normal,render in unity (fire particules its not by my) and a big trunk 425 tris 1024 diffuse and normal
i love it, the tech is super awesome as well. i get 60 capped fps and ~145 uncapped fps. intel i5 2500k o/c to 4.2 ghz cpu nvidia gtx 560 superclocked 2gb gpu 16gb g.skill pc3 12800 ram 500gb 7200rmp hdd

Agreed Stinger, IGN gave it an 8.5 but I think it deserved a 9. Still a good score, although they said the characters were weak which was kinda weird. The art is amazing, can't wait to play more!
