Re: texturing in the early 2000's - how did you do it?
You can if you want to. Just force yourself to make 128 x 128 4 bit textures in an old version of Photoshop. Buy an old PS2 dev kit from somewhere. Use just a mouse or maybe a tiny old tablet to paint. I'm sure you can research all sorts of interesting tortures to recreate the good old days. We not only have amazing tools… -
