There has been a post about this on the official mudbox public forum. One guy found a workaround by putting his saved .mud file into the meshes folder and opened it through the create > mesh menu. Everything seemed to work fine that way. odd bug.
yep, the boards don't upload, they only link to images that are already online. I personally like dropbox, drag a file into the dropbox folder, right click and copy public link, paste and you're done. And it syncs files across computers which is nice.
Roger that. Dowload the "PB Web" into your PB folder in BF1942. PB Web Follow the attached directions and let it do it's thing. Also, have you updated your video and audio drivers? Do you play Desert Combat? That mod Rawks!!
I changed the path, I'm hoping I must keep in the double back-slashes between folders, correct ? Otherwise I'm getting a syntax error on line 4.0, although looking at your code, from what I understand of MEL, it looks fine.
"Constraint Not Completed" is the generic fail message for AssignConstraintSelection() in controllerfunctions.ms. (It's in the 3ds Max install folder.) If you are comfortable with script you can modify the function to output more debug information. If not maybe you can share your file so we can dig into it.
MaxStart.max is a file that you can create yourself, with anything you want in it. You place it in the appropriate Scene folder (according to how you set it up in the User Paths preferences) and from there on, every time Max starts it will load the contents of that scene. By default there is none.
ohhh yeah! now it works fine! the character ö in my user name folder was the reason! wow! thank u very much for the help @Devil_Inside @teddybergsman and @Eric Ramberg. now i would make some cool stuff with quixel suite! THX :)
There can be a lot of different reasons for a lack of response. Whoever you were corresponding with might have gone on vacation, or the mail server got a little overzealous on flagging things as spam and no one's checked on the spam folders recently... I wouldn't worry too much.
When you run new Maya for the first time it asks you whether to create new default config or migrate existing config from previous version. So just delete 2016 config folder and run over again and choose migraton option.
That looks fantastic. I agree that maybe you have left some areas sparse of detail - the right side of the gun, and the grip particularly - but you have great shapes everywhere it counts, ie. what the player will actually see of the gun. Saved to inspiration folder!
