If I subtract or smooth I get this weird pixel crap instead of my true brush stroke. Any ideas? This is unworkable. Cheers T

I'm not quite sure what you mean by aligning UV borders to pixel grid is that taking any curved or circular UVs and straightening them out

fill texture seams == 1 pixel -> almost no mipmap support crank that value up to 32 or more !! there is not enough padding!

You need to pack you uuvs to maximise the amount of pixels to work with. The less space, the lower res your texture will be.

Thanks people work with 80x80 pixels now, seems like it was some problem with it remembering the metadata from older saves.
