I think it's like Maya's UV Sets. Same polygons represented, but in another UV layout that is optimized for storing lighting information for this specific purpose.
Great layout, that's how a portfolio should be done! Easy access to everything, nothing muddling it at all. Nice work on there, too. Jobs should be no problem.

First work for my take on a space castle. The layout of the map is some what thought out but I just wanted to get an idea of what the thing could look like. This will probably change quite a bit by the end.
Im new to unreal editor 3 is there anyway to check out the UV layouts in the editor itself for some of the various ingame props? I just want more examples on how these big buildings and props are layed out
