Your model looks amazing and should be selling, changes that CGTrader made to their algorithm really messed things up for many sellers. How are things going, still no sales?
You may think about how many different peaces of rubble you really need and only use these as particles instances. Maybe even merging and makeing a convex hull and bake the texture to that "one-filled-piece-of-rubble". Or simply do a shrinkwrap of a grid on top of the particle simulation. Ohh.. and someone did this already…

So, somebody can help me with this? Obvious problem here is that you have at least three matching textures (Albedo, Gloss, Specular/Metallness) and in 3d painting like Mari and Mudbox apps you can paint only one. Is this even possible?
