I don't see what advantages this confers over using a conventional screen projector. At least the screen projector doesn't have to project over shit like furniture and other uneven surfaces.
First thing Nintendo announced this morning...New Super Mario for the Wii. http://e3.gamespot.com/press-conference/nintendo-e3/ The sound is really low? :( Looks like the old Super Mario...
semi official news http://ve3d.ign.com/articles/732/732670p1.html $250 for the system and launches on november 19th. more solid info should be coming soon from nintendo's press conference
Right, no actual director. Just a lot of dudes speaking the (mostly) same language. When we disagree, we have a dance off on the table in the big conference room.=-)
that's fucking nuts dude, me and my friend were going nuts over that thing during the conference, good to know you made it. now, about that beta code..
Yep, fault of the lighting, not normal mapping. There's a set of slides from a conference a few years ago, which I just saw again yesterday, that attempts to deal with issues like this. I'll dig it up.
Yeah, definitely one of my favs of the show. First day of conferences and I've already seen half a dozen games that truly impress me. Looks like it's going to be a solid year for gaming in 2013.
Missed your talk, unfortunately - are you allowed to upload slides and stuff, though (I'm not sure how much access a main conference pass gives me to the gdc vault)?
Hey guys, I'm posting here the first time an art mine, I hope you like it and feel free to opine, and confer more gear on my page, thanks =) https://www.artstation.com/artist/matheusoliveira
@EpicBeardMan sorry I didn't get a notification for your post, but yeah dude, awesome! See you there. Just wanted to share the schedule for the festival/conference, it'd be great to meet polycounters there :) This is the schedule. And the main website.
