On the gun reload, the slide locks back on a 1911 when the mag is empty. I know you probably did it the way you did so you can get that nice rack and lock at the end, but, it's something nit-picky I noticed :P Rest looks pretty nice.
This is so far I've done :-) And, I found the reference website that provides a lot of photos of the unicycle through different angles: https://www.engadget.com/2011/11/02/ryno-motors-self-balancing-single-wheeled-scooter-test-ride/#gallery=52122&slide=573679&index=0
If you can work it, one thing that would sell this very well visually is to depict the machining marks on the metal along the length of the slide and the contours of the frame and grip. Russian manufacturing wasn't quite as delicate or polished as ours, and there were a lot of tool marks left on weapons like this one.
Just some renders of the slide, which i finished today. The frame is the final piece to complete. I also have to go back and seperate some edges, as i was told they maybe to close for comfort. But i;m starting to get the hang of sub-d...i think, haha.
I wouldn't have worded it like that but I think Slum might be onto something. Personally speaking I think gauss has a site that works better than most. Nothing sliding, fading, popping up or making neat sounds. Just Art. Thanks for that link Poop.
I watched it awhile back, it looks great except player/npc animations which are not blending with each other too well, looks like there's no IK even (the guy slides down the stairs :S). I guess after gtaiv you cant exactly get back to playboy.
Hello, Recently I baked a normal map for a hand gun I've been working on, but I encountered a problem. The slide lock on the gun has this black spot that won't go away no matter how I tweak the cage offset. I don't really know what else to do. Any suggestions? Cage looks a bit weird, but I don't know how to fix it. Thanks.
Hey, cool project :+1: Some aspects I think you could improve: * man-made structures could be grounded more in the environment by adding some weathering and (dirt) gradients. * spiraling trunks look too artificial. You can counter this by introducing more irregularity and more stretch. * Tree trunks colors is currently a…
Okay, it looks like you're right. I've done three tests. The first, I removed all the hair from the sides and back and just had it on top. That baked out correctly. Then I had one where it was just the sides/back - that had the same issue... And then I had the top and just one side/back. One side baked correctly, the other…
Practice for making characters. I want deus Ex HR/Crysis arms. She's also have a carbine/short automatic Rifle and a hover bike and rendered in unity web browser. So far only got the gun blocked in. I want a flip-out-able foregrip and slide-out-able stock.
