Why model the same tables, chairs etc, loosing production time that could be better used for other assets\optimization, when theres a pack that fits the art direction and is well made ? Sounds like that's getting in your way to create good art. Being off by .000003 is not going to show. Also, if you're using the quad views you're not just restricted to the xz grid, you'll have xy and zy as well. You should also be able to set a custom grid per viewport.
